2. Cleaning method
1. Spray cleaning is a cyclic cleaning technology. During the cleaning process, the chemical cleaning solution is evenly sprayed on the inner surface of the system to be cleaned, and flows along the wall of the container to the bottom with the help of the gravity of the cleaning solution. The rust and scale on the inner wall come into contact, and a chemical reaction occurs to meet the requirements of the cleaning system. By adjusting the position of the spray head, the cleaning liquid can be sprayed to the top and wall of the tank to ensure the cleanliness of the entire inner surface.
2. In spray cleaning, the design of the sprayer is more important. Improper design or selection of the sprayer will lead to uneven distribution of the cleaning liquid, which will directly affect the cleaning effect. Commonly used sprinkler heads are rotary sprinkler heads. A rotating nozzle is installed on the cleaned stainless steel mixing tank, and the nozzle is driven by hydraulic torque to achieve the purpose of rotating the nozzle.
